Hosted in historical Abbot House on 13th March, we’ll be understanding what honey is, why and how honey is made and the harvesting process. What makes a good honey. Not forgetting the do’s and dont’s of honey.
Just like fine wine, every batch of honey is unique and we’ll be sampling and comparing some exciting multi and mono-floral honeys from across the UK and the world, pairing them with a selection of cheeses and fruits while appreciating all of the bees delicious work.
